Daniel is the group CEO for Key Assets (Europe), sitting on multiple boards across the Key Assets for profit and not for profit companies as well as acting as the Vice Chairman for the Martin James Foundation with over 20 years in the social care sector he’s an experienced CEO and a strong advocate for children’s rights.

CEO Finland
Tiia is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in Finland. With over 20 years’ experience as a qualified social worker and senior manager.

With over 20 years’ experience as a qualified social worker and senior manager Tiia has been instrumental in the development of service operations in Finland. Tiia has been with the Key Assets Group (Europe) for over 9 years and was instrumental in the growth of foster care services.
In 2015 Tiia supported the merger of Neljä Astetta in to the Group and has been the key driver for the expansion in to new service areas across the country. Previously Tiia worked as a manager in the City of Tampere Child Protection Service.

Marie Faughey
CEO Ireland
Marie is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in the Republic of Ireland. Marie has over 35 years’ experience in both the public health sector, as previous Director of Public Health Nursing and over the last 20 years in the Child Protection sector.

Marie has over 35 years’ experience in both the public health sector, as previous Director of Public Health Nursing and over the last 20 years in the Child Protection sector. Marie has extensive experience in designing and developing new services and prior to joining the group she was the National Lead for Children First implementation for Ireland’s Health Services Executive.
Marie has been with the group for 5 years and has been instrumental in service development and expansion in to consulting and expert services. In 2021 Marie led our foster care service to become the first service, statutory or non-statutory, in Ireland to complete a HIQA inspection without any requirements or recommendations and to be fully compliant with standards subject to review.

Lars Fengsrud
CEO Norway
Lars is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in Norway. Lars is a qualified social worker and family therapist with extensive experience, over 23 years, in working in both the public and private sector.

Lars is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in Norway. Lars is a qualified social worker and family therapist with extensive experience, over 23 years, in working in both the public and private sector. 17 years ago Lars launched out, on his own, initially as a consultant social worker and family therapist.
He developed a strong reputation for working on family strengthening, with municipality partners and families. This led to the founding of his own company, Familiehjelp As. Lars is an expert member of the Norwegian Public System for placing children in care. Lars built his company to provide a range of children and family services. In 2018 he began to explore opportunities to merge with another party and selected the Key Assets Group (Europe).
In June 2019 the merger was completed and Familiehjelp joined the KAG family in a successful merger.

Afram Chamoun
CEO Sweden
Afram is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in Sweden. Afram is a qualified teacher, with over 17 years’ experience in both teaching profession and child protection.

Afram is the Country CEO for Key Assets operations in Sweden. Afram is a qualified teacher, with over 17 years’ experience in both teaching profession and child protection. It was during his time working in child protection that he went on to complete his Masters in Education, qualifying as a teacher over 15 years ago.
Afram was instrumental in the development of residential care services, with education attached, across Sweden. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Humana and Managing Director of Baggium (acquired by Humana) before joining the Group. Afram has extensive experience in service design and development.
He has been responsible for growing our range of services for our Kommun partners. Afram has been recognised, in Sweden, as an outstanding leader with award accolades.

Louise Stanley
Chief Finance Officer
Louise has 4 years’ experience working as part of the wider Marin James Network as Financial controller with a lot of experience supporting Key Assets, and most recently was appointed Chief Finance Officer of Key Assets Group.

Louise has over 5 years’ experience working in the finance management for both UK and Europe childcare Industry, and 17 years working in finance within the UK Radio industry. Louise has strong operational skills, strategic planning, operational risk management, financial control and experience in M&A across both industries.

Mark Furnival is the Information and Performance Manager for Key Assets (Europe), in which role he collects, collates, and reports on operational, quality, and HR data, as well as providing support and technical expertise to colleagues across the Business. Mark has thirty years’ experience working with data, including database design and administration, solutions development, and Business Intelligence reporting. He joined Key Assets (Europe) in 2018, having previously worked for companies including BT, ATS Euromaster, and Claires Accessories.

Amjid has over 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management and Procurement. 10 years working for one of the largest Children’s Services provider in the UK, responsible for over 50 offices
